Slide Presentation and Potluck at City Yoga on the Hill

We asked Lars if he could put together a slide show about his trip to India. As most of you know Lars spent a month in Mysore, India, at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. Followed by a month at Lino Miele's workshop in Kovalom. Light app's and chai for pot luck would be nice. We hope you can stop by!
